This soup is made of green vegetables and lots of garlic.

The last step is what most people call ?the exit?. One would sometimes think that after the detoxification, it would end there, but not really. In this step, the gradual removal from the pureed vegetables diet is necessary. Sometimes this takes a period of three days, but it could actually be shortened if you want.

All of these are necessary steps to ensure that detoxification will be successful. All the toxins and wastes in our body will be flushed away.
