    Billy Blanks must be the only person on earth who can make me go for so much longer after initially feeling the burn; his attitude is the perfect motivation – not cocky and he works as I work. Thanks for posting. Could tell the difference after just a few days of doing this.

    As soulofflora stated above, Billy is the only fitness expert who make me wanna really push myself. This is on heck of a workout…makes ya sweat really fast. Keep up the good work Billy!

    just started this work out today and i already feel like ive done more then if i went to a gym!! awesome excercise, i recommend it for any one who wants to get in shape. and for more resistance get some ankle weights too!

    Does anyone have the Tae Bo Billy Blanks video? The one where he begins wif warming up his neck in a circular motion and his wrists and ankles. Also, he gets on the floor and spreads his legs and stretches his whole body all the way down to the ground? I’m looking for that video and can’t seem to find it. I fink it may be called Crunch or sumfin’ like that. Please let me know if you do have it or please post it on YouTube. Thank you.

    love it! anybody can do this, I have knee injury and I can still do it. if u can’t go that fast just work ur way up to it. just be sure to keep ur abs engaged and do the proper form [suck them in] and u will be alright.

    Me encantan los videos de Billy Blanks; desde que los encontre he estado practicando y me siento tan fin. Todos los videos estan llenos de energia, son los mejores que hay sin duda y funcionan al maximo los recomiendo.
